Against Clockify and Harvest
Not a price argument. All three land within a couple of dollars a seat, and Clockify’s entry tier is cheaper than us outright. The differences worth choosing on are which tier holds the thing you need, what gets counted, and what each of us refuses to build.

Read that honestly. Clockify Standard at $5.49 is cheaper than our $8. But expenses, cost rates and multiple currencies begin at their Pro, which is $7.99 — a cent under us. Harvest Teams is $9 a seat and Harvest is the one that meters: their own pricing page says additional invoices, projects, clients and tasks are billed on use, so their number is a floor rather than a price.

Unstated means their pricing page does not say, not that it is missing. Refused means we will not build it.

Where we are genuinely behind
- SSO and audit logs. Both of them have these on an enterprise tier and we do not. If a security review requires them, that decides it today.
- Time off and attendance. Not built here. If leave runs through your time tracker, we do not do that.
- Scheduling and forecasting. Out of scope on purpose. Backward-looking utilization is in; forward resource allocation is a different product and we would do it badly.
Where the difference is a decision
- Nothing is metered. Your bill moves when your team does, and at no other time.
- No surveillance.Screenshots, GPS and activity tracking sit in a competitor’s Pro tier. We will not build them, and nothing is ever logged on someone’s behalf.
- History that holds still. Dated rates, exact integer money, immutable sent invoices, and an import you can prove against the file it came from.
If you are coming from Harvest
The migration is the part that goes wrong, so it is the part built first: your export is read, shown back to you in full, and written only once you agree the totals.
