Pricing

One plan. Two ways to pay for it.

Everyone gets every feature, starting with a free month. After that the only question is whether you pay monthly or yearly, and the only number that moves is how many people sign in.

Yearly

$8per person, per month

Billed as $96 per seat per year.

Both start with a free month. No credit card required.

What counts as a seat

Someone who signs in. People whose time you track but who never log in do not use a seat, and someone deactivated stops being charged for immediately while their history stays on every invoice already sent. Your team page shows the seat count and what it costs, so the bill is never a surprise at renewal.

Included, not upsold

Trackers that tier their pricing tend to put approvals and locked time on the second tier, and expenses, budgets, cost rates and multiple currencies on the third. Each of these is in the one plan here.

  • ApprovalsSubmit a week, approve it, or send it back with a reason.
  • Locked timeApproved and invoiced hours stop being editable, in the database.
  • Task ratesA rate per task per project, not one rate for the whole account.
  • RoundingPer-account rounding rules, applied to what gets invoiced.
  • ExpensesReceipts, categories, mark-up, and expenses onto invoices.
  • BudgetsPer project, per task and per person, by hours or by money.
  • Multiple currenciesPer client, never added together into one misleading total.
  • Cost rates and marginWhat an hour costs you against what it bills for.
  • InvoicingDrafts, sending, payments, voids, reissues, public client links.
  • ReportsSaved filters, run on demand, exported as often as you like.
  • The importerHarvest CSV and API, with a dry run before anything is written.
  • Every objectClients, projects, tasks, invoices. Uncounted and uncapped.

Questions

How does the free month work?
You get a month of the whole product, every feature, with no card taken up front. Nothing is limited during it and nothing switches off silently at the end; you decide whether to carry on paying.
What exactly is a seat?
Someone who signs in. A contractor whose hours you enter on their behalf does not need a login and does not use a seat. Someone you deactivate at the end of a contract stops being charged for immediately, and their time stays exactly where it is on every invoice you have already sent.
What happens when we add a client or a project?
Nothing. There is no counter on clients, projects, tasks or invoices, no soft limit, and no upgrade prompt. The only number that changes your bill is how many people sign in.
Is there a cheaper plan without approvals or expenses?
No, and there is no more expensive one with them either. Splitting a billing tool into tiers means someone eventually discovers the feature they need is on the tier above, halfway through a month they have to invoice.
Do you charge for importing our history?
No. Forty thousand entries cost the same as forty. Charging for the migration would be charging you to leave the last tool, which is a strange way to start.
What if we grow and then shrink?
Your bill follows the seat count. Deactivating someone reduces it at once; their history is untouched, because it is on invoices a client already has.
